How we make money
The tools and guides are free. We pay for them through affiliate links: when you click a product link and buy, the seller may pay us a commission. The price you pay is the same.
Who pays us
Links to Redodo, Bluetti, Lectron, Autel, Piscifun, LiTime can earn us a commission (through the Awin network).
Links to Renogy, Victron Energy, Dakota Lithium, EcoFlow are plain links today. If any of them later pays us, we'll update this page.
What commissions never change
- The planner's math. It picks the cheapest battery combination that meets your needs, whoever makes it.
- Wire and fuse sizes. They come from published standards.
- Whether we tell you that you don't need something. If a power station, a smaller inverter or no inverter at all does the job, we say so.
Prices
Every price is the single-unit price shown on the maker's own US site on the date printed next to it. Prices change; the seller's page is always right.
